A refund of the ticket price will only be issued if the Mountain Music Festival or individual programme items have to be cancelled by the organiser before the event begins. This applies in the following cases:
In such cases, the full ticket price will be refunded. No further claims may be made.
If the festival or any part of the programme is cancelled after it has begun (e.g. due to weather, technical problems or safety risks), there is no obligation to issue a refund. Claims for damages are excluded.
In the event of cancellation by the customer or a no-show, there is no entitlement to a refund.
Booking changes are not permitted.
It is the participant’s responsibility to take out cancellation insurance.
Complaints concerning the festival itself should be addressed directly to the organiser of the Mountain Music Festival.
Complaints regarding the services provided by Touristische Unternehmung Grächen AG must be reported in writing to Grächen within 72 hours of the service being provided. After this period, all claims lapse.
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, acts, stage times and content prior to ticket purchase. Customers will be informed of any changes after the contract has been concluded. After the contract has been concluded, the organiser may make adjustments in the event of unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure). The organiser shall endeavour to provide equivalent alternative services. If this is not possible or if the customer rejects the alternative within five days, the ticket price will be refunded. No further claims shall arise.
